Requirements
  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Required skillset: JAVA, XML, JavaScript
  • Minimum four (4) years of working experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting IGA/IAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, access request workflows, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Able to provide advisory and consultation to customers on IGA architecture, identity governance processes, workflow design, and security best practices.
  • Familiar with integration technologies such as REST API, LDAP, Active Directory, SQL, XML, and JSON.
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong communication skills in oral and written English.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, a fast learner, have good time management, enthusiastic, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality and able to work as a team player.
  • Must possess own four-wheeled vehicle.
  • Candidate must be Malaysian.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert  (SME) for IGA/IAM solutions from presales to post-implementation activities.
  • Engage with customers through requirement gathering and workshops to understand business and technical requirements, and provide advisory services on identity governance architecture, access control models, identity lifecycle processes, workflow design, and implementation planning.
  • Design, implement, configure, and support IGA/IAM solutions based on customer requirements and industry best practices, including the development of technical documentation.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for technical issues.
  • Collaborate with customers, project teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle, conduct technical research, and contribute to cybersecurity knowledge sharing.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by management from time to time.
