Requirements
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (must indicate CGPA in CV). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in oral and written English.
- Strong will to develop skills in cybersecurity and to learn new technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

- Must possess own four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Multi-tasking skill with a keen eye for detail who are well organized and thrive in fast-paced, high-stress scenarios.
- Review service request and handle daily technical operation (Endpoint security) support to customers within given SLA.
- Provide system maintenance and test patches/fixes to ensure they are implemented and functioning correctly.
- Analyse customer's endpoint configurations.
- Provide regular updates on work-in-progress and current issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report(s).
- Coordinate and work with third-party vendors where applicable.
- Candidate will be based at client's site.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management from time to time.
